WARNING: WARNING: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use Protective Equipment (including masks and gloves) when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV etc.) as fumes and processes may be hazardous. We highly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder in addition to good ventilation and filtration in your work area. The use of all specialty ink printing equipment and supplies such as inks, chemicals, powders etc. are at the sole risk of the user. Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment (55% - 75% humidity, and 75° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.

Patrick our sales rep is Amazing he is always kind and provides us with excellent customer service. If the have a new product he always ask if we would like to try it, but he is not pushy if I tell him no. We use the DTF ink for Epson print heads and it is a great product. We also use the premium adhesive powder and it works great. I would recomend this company for your DTF printing needs

I had placed an order for the Acrorip software and I accidentally ordered the incorrect one. I’ve been working with DFT Pro 6 or 7 months now, when I purchase my printer and all that set up for my business Steven and Robert and Theo. they’ve been there. I have a lot of issues because of new set ups and learning the printing technology for the DFT but so far has been fun, Challenging sometimes because we had to learn techniques and how the equipment works support has been there no calls are allowed just emails at sometimes can be frustrated because you have to wait for the emails to come back with instructions and how to fix things so you have to stop your production or whatever you do to make your orders going But it’s been there the support thank you to all of you for the help you guys have given me and setting up my printer and understanding settings and problems. I thing I need to address and needs to be fix is that we need to see all our order online to avoid mistake on ordering the wrong material. But other then that all good.
