This purchase is for an on-site training and onboarding session for any DTG or DTF printer purchased from us. This session can also be used for on-site support for out of warranty issues. We will reach out to you to schedule a mutually convenient time to send out one of our technicians to your location to assist with live on site onboarding and training or support. Applies to locations within the contiguous United States and subject to availability. There will be some initial setup requirements that you will need to prepare for before a technician can be scheduled, including ensuring that you have all equipment on hand that you will need training / on-boarding of, that you have the appropriate laptop / software / internet connection, the appropriate consumables (ink, film, powder etc as needed), and the appropriate work environment (electrical, temperature and humidity control if applicable). Technicians are trained by or provided by the printer manufacturer brands themselves (Roland, STS, Ricoh, DTFPRO etc).
Notes:
- All printers sold on our website (unless stated otherwise) come with free remote onboarding/training and support - we will provide onboarding via remote video, and guide you on how to use the printer and software up to and including through your first prints. In addition, a Masterclass is included with some models as listed in item descriptions. Additional support is provided through the life of the printer's warranty.
- This on-site training and onboarding item is not necessary for all printers. Most printers (including desktop models) do not require on-site installation. On-site installation is recommended if you are looking for hands-on assistance at your location, or if required (such as for Roland TY-300), and can be purchased upfront before receiving your printer, or at a later time when you're ready.
- The purchase of this service includes our travel time/costs, labor, and a 1-2 days at your location (covering printer, shaker, and RIP software).
- If we are unable to coordinate this on-site service (due to a conflict in either your or our availability/schedules or for any other reason), the purchase of this on-site service would be fully refundable.
